| 摘 要： | 研究了雷达电子战中效果及效能评估的基本理论和方法。首先针对评估问题的本质特征作了深入的思考,指出了评估的"价值论"成分以及非线性泛函映射等诸多特点,并且研究了评估指标体系和方法体系的构成问题。然后提出了"评估指标空间"的概念,并从不同角度构建了突防中相控阵雷达系统的抗干扰性能评估指标体系。这些一般性思考有利于评估研究的进一步深入。

General consideration on performance and effectiveness evaluation in radar EW |

| Abstract: | The basic theory and method on performance and effectiveness evaluation in radar EW is studied. Firstly, the characteristics of evaluation is analyzed, and the traits of "value theory" and nonlinear functional mapping are pointed out. Additionally, the construction of evaluation index system and evaluation method system are studied. Secondly, the concept of "evaluation index space" is presented and the evaluation index system of anti-jamming performance for phased array radar in penetration from different viewpoints is constructed. These general discussion benefits the further advance of evaluation. |
