Research on Knowledge Risk Prevention Based on Ethics Deficiency of the Workers of Enterprise

Based on introducing the concepts of knowledge enterprise,workers＇ ethics and knowledge risk,this paper makes the conceptual definition and features analysis on the managers,research personnel,professional and technical personnel,and senior marketing personnel,etc.,and points out the behaviors of and preventive mechanism modes for their ethics deficiency,which provides the reference for the management of knowledge risk of knowledge enterprise.
