| 摘 要： | 互联网技术的发展和网络的普及,使企业间的商务贸易以及个体消费者之间的闲置物品交易更加自由、快捷。然而,这种数字化的简捷也带来了大量传统商法所无法解决的问题,致使域名欺骗和网络商务侵权事件频频发生。因此,在商法现代化进程中必须对所出现的问题予以解决。
