摘    要:对于不同材料组成的圆柱型层合管进行了热传导特性数值模拟与试验研究。建立了层合管热载荷计算模型及管壁温度场分析模型,依据使用要求确定了三种层合管结构模型,采用数值计算方法分析了各种结构层合管在热载荷作用下的温度分布规律。介绍了层合管动态温度测试系统及试验方法,测试结果与数值模拟结果能较好地吻合。该文的工作可用于指导层合管材料及结构参数的确定。对于提高高温状态下的使用寿命具有实际意义。

Abstract:The digital simulation and the experimental research of the heat conduction characteristics are completed for the cylindrical layered tube made up of different materials. A calculation model of heat load and an analysis model of temperature field are established. Three layered tube structures with different requirements are analyzed on the temperature distribution. An experimental method is introduced in the dynamic temperature measurement of the layered tube. The test results and the calculation results are very contiguous. In this paper , the guidance significances are given for confirming materials and structure parameters of the layered tube and for improving the high temperature lifetime.
