聚丙烯牌号切换动态过程建模及仿真研究

摘    要:以Hypol工艺聚丙烯反应器为研究对象,建立了连续搅拌釜(CSTR)聚丙烯反应器的动态机理模型,以微分方程组和代数方程组进行描述.利用国内某大型聚丙烯装置现场工况数据,研究了动态模型对聚合反应牌号切换过程的适应能力,并与离线分析数据进行了对比分析,仿真结果表明了动态机理模型能够在很大范围内适应熔融指数(MI)的变化,可用于在线运行,指导生产.为聚丙烯牌号切换的优化控制奠定了基础.

Abstract:This paper establishes a theoretical dynamic model of Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor (CSTR) for propylene polymerization, which consists of several differential equations and algebra equations. Melt index (MI) of polypropylene is calculated using operating data from an industrial reactor and is compared with the laboratory data. It is shown that melt index of PP can be successfully predicted in a wide range using our dynamic model. So we can use it online to calculate melt index and implement optimization and control of the grade transition of PP.
