北京文化创意产业支撑条件评价及发展对策

文化创意产业发展时间不长,却引发全世界关注,不少国家和地区将其作为战略性产业,积极采取政策措施推动其发展.本文参考欧美、上海等地文化创意产业指数及多位学者的实证研究,结合北京文化创意产业发展现状,构建符合北京文化创意产业发展支撑条件的评价指标体系.运用因子分析法对北京16个区县文化创意产业支撑条件进行定量评价,将其划分为好、较好、一般、较弱四个等级,并对每一级别区域支撑条件进行评价,指出未来工作方向:支撑条件好的区域,加强创意人才吸纳力度,增强对外沟通能力,建设国际化区域;支撑条件较好区域,依托政府支撑较强优势,重点提高科研行业就业,打造皇城文化品牌;支撑条件一般区域,发挥对外沟通较强特点,全面提升发展文化创意产业支撑条件;支撑条件较弱区域,凭借环境优美,把握轨道交通发展契机,错位发展文化创意产业.

Study of Evaluation on the Support Conditions and Strategy of Cultural and Creative Industry Development in Beijing

Cultural and creative industry has a short history,but it has attracted more and more attentions across the world.As the same time,many countries have developed cultural and creative industry as a strategic industry and taken active measures to promote.This article,reference to the index of cultural and creative industry and combined with development status of cultural and creative industry in Beijing.At last,selects the appropriate indicators to structure the index system to evaluate the support conditions of cultural and creative industry development in Beijing.By conducting calculation and analysis with the help of SPSS and the statistical software,factor analysis is used to make quantitative evaluation of the development support conditions of cultural and creative industry in 16 districts of Beijing.We divided four levels and evaluated each level so as to point out the direction for future work.The strategies of cultural and creative industry development are as follows：The regions have good support conditions must attract creative talent strongly and enhance external communication skills and build an international regional; The regions have second good support conditions should rely on advantage of strongly government support and focus on improving the scientific research sector employment and build the brand of imperial cultural; The regions have common support conditions should exert merit of better communication skills and comprehensively enhance the support conditions of cultural and creative industry; The regions have week support conditions should depend on the livable environment and grasp the opportunities of the rail transit development and develop the cultural and creative industry with their own characteristics.
