Based on a variable angle truss model,the formalas for shear capacity of reinforced beams with T-section are proposed.The validity of the model is confirmed from experimental results on twenty lightweight aggregate reinforced concrete T-beams performed by the authors.The differences of shear capacity of lightweight and the general concrete are analysed.A comparision is made between the variable angle truss model and the rigid-plastic model. |
