摘    要:采用聚丙烯酰胺垂直板凝胶电泳技术 ,分析了贵州疣螈 ,细痣疣螈 ,无斑肥螈 ,蓝尾蝾螈和尾斑瘰螈若干种组织的LDH同工酶 ,结果表明 5种蝾螈种属差异明显 :贵州疣螈 ,细痣疣螈的LDH为 5谱带型 ,而无班肥螈 ,蓝尾蝾螈和尾斑瘰螈的LDH则为非五谱带型 ,各种的LDH亚基构成和迁移率均有所不同。依据 5个种的LDH同工酶的种属差异 ,对它们的系统关系进行了讨论。

Abstract:LDH isozyme of five species Salamander in Guizhou were examined by means of polyacrylamide gelelectrophoresis on vertical slab.The results show that LDH isozyme have obvious race differences among the five species and can be used as race genetic mark; LDH of Tylototriton kweichowensis and T.asperrimus are five-band patterns, LDH of Cynops cyanurus, Parawesotriton caudopunctatus and Pachytriton labiatus are not five-band patterns, and the constitution of subunit,rate of flow of their LDH is different. The systematic relationship were discussed through comparation of LDH isozyme of the five species.
