| 摘 要： | 以北京、上海、广州、杭州、苏州、沈阳、大连等大城市为例,概括了当前我国大城市人口居住郊区化的现状特点。指出人口居住郊区化对城市发展的有利与不利影响,并对中外人口居住郊区化进行了比较,提出了为适应人口居住郊区化所应采取的城市规划与管理对策。

| Abstract: | Taking big cities, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Shenyang and Dalian, as examples, this paper summarizes the situation of population suburbanization in China. The paper points out the positive and negative impacts of population suburbanization , the differences between China and West countries in population suburbanization, and some countermeasures should be taken in urban planning. |
