| 摘 要： | 给出了流量的相关成本概念,讨论了运输网络中流量的配流及与变分不等式组的等价性,在相关成本函数满足一定的条件给出了相关均衡流的存在性和唯一性条件.

| Abstract: | In this paper,we give the definition of relative cost flow.Then we discuss equivalence between the equilibria problem of flow and the variational inequalities.Finally,we give the existence and uniqueness of relative equilibria flows under some specific conditions. |
