| Abstract: | To accelerate the construction of a thrift- oriented society is a significant policy made by the Party Central Committee and the State Council in accordance with China＇ s overall strategic situation. From the perspective of philosophy, the paper interprets the profound philosophic essence presented by the strategic policy like proceeding from actual conditions all the time, the dialectical relations between external cause and internal cause, that between theory and practice, and the perspective of universal linking. |
