解脲支原体感染与精液质量指标的相关性研究

对 4 1例正常男性和 81例精液质量较差男性患者的精液进行了解脲支原体培养研究 ,结果表明精液质量差的患者解脲支原体阳性率为 54.34% ,而正常男性的阳性率为 2 6 .83% ,二者差异显著 (α <0 .0 1) .同时 ,对 81例患者按少精及无精、成活率低下、活力低下、顶体完整率低以及血清抗精子抗体阳性 5项指标进行了分组 ,并计算了各组中解脲支原体阳性患者所占百分率 .结果表明 :以上各组的阳性率均高于正常组 ,生殖道解脲支原体感染影响了精子各项指标 ,降低精液整体质量 ;解脲支原体对精子活力影响最大 ,其次是精子数、成活率、顶体完整率、血清抗精子抗体 ;解脲支原体感染致使精子活力逐渐下降 ,最终导致精子死亡 ,从而降低精子成活率

Study on Correlativity between Infection of Ureaplasma Urealyticum and Spermatic Quarlity from Fertile Chinese

Correlativity between spermatic quality and infection of ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) from 81 men of poor spermatic quality was studied. Results showed that their average positive rate of UU was 54.34% and significantly higher than the average positive rate of normal fertile men (26.83%). In addition, if the samples were divided into 5 groups, i.e. Group 1 (azoospermia or oligospermia),Group 2 (low motility), Group 3 (low activity), Group 4 (low completement of spermatic acrosome) and Group 5 (positive showing of anti-sperm antibody) and studied comparatively among these groups, we found that the positive rates of UU were all higher in the five groups than normal group. The average positive rates of UU from Group 1 to Group 5 were respectively 58.33%, 50.00%, 61.19%, 55.00%, and 76.92%. These results suggest that infection of UU may be related to infertility and suppress quality of sperm . In55 male patients of UU, the positive rates of each group were respectively 20.00%, 38.2%, 26.6%, 47.3%, 20.0% and 18.2%, thus showing that infection of UU leads to decline of the quality of sperm, and even the death of sperm.
