| 摘 要： | 针对我国现有ERP选型过程中的实际情况,简单阐述了企业ERP选型过程中的一般步骤,从ERP软件的实施情况、系统状况和费用等角度探讨了ERP选型的关键决策因素,并通过系统的研究提出了一种ERP产品选型评价量化参考模型及相应的指标评价体系,给出了企业在ERP系统选型过程中应遵循的几个基本原则,最后提出了本系统未来研究和发展的方向.

| Abstract: | This paper explains generic steps of system selection according to the environment of China.And discusses the primary factors of system selection,puts forward one quantitatively reference model and indicator system.Expatiates the principles that should be followed in the process of system selection and brings forward the way of the future. |
