| 摘 要： | 对复杂性科学进行了简要的述评,指出可以通过过程设计管理复杂性。在对竞争对手分析的研究中发现,通过充分激发和挖掘在竞争对手分析过程中人的思想,建立系统而科学的竞争对手分析的过程结构,可以大幅度降低在竞争对手分析过程中所遇到的复杂性,因而能够为竞争对手分析提供科学而合理的决策支持,提高竞争对手分析人员的决策能力。

| Abstract: | This paper simply summaries the complexity science,and points out that the complexity can be managed through the process design.The study on the complexity of competitor analysis shows that through exciting and digging people's thought in the course of competitor analysis and building systematic and scientific process structure of competitor analysis,the complexity countered in the course of competitor analysis can be reduced greatly,so,which can provide scientific and rational decision support for competitor analysis and strengthen the decision ability of the personnel engaged in competitor analysis. |
