聚合物湿法纺丝的教学实践

摘    要:由于湿法纺丝工艺流程复杂、设备体积巨大和设备费用昂贵,高校很难为高分子及其相关专业的本科生提供相关的聚合物湿法纺丝成型加工实验。本实验室根据湿法纺丝的理论以及工厂湿法纺丝装置,构建了一套微缩的可用于高校实验室的湿法纺丝的装置。该实验设备简单,成本低。通过教学实践,该装置可以满足大部分高校为在校的高分子专业及其相关专业的本科生提供与湿法纺丝有关的实验,增加学生在聚合物加工成型中湿法纺丝方面的实践需求。

Abstract:Because of complicate process, huge volume equipments and expensive facilities, it is hard for universities to open this kind of polymer molding processing experiment for students. In this work, we constructed a set of small wet-spinning device that could be used in university laboratories accord- ing to the wet-spinning theroy and factory facility. This experiment device has the advantages of simple equipment, low cost and easy operation. Through the teaching practice, we found it could meet the need of college to open the wet-spinning experiment for the student in the major of polymer and the related. This increases the practice opportunities of students to study wet-spinning in polymer molding processing experiments.
