| 摘 要： | 每个时代的战争都有其独特之处,当人类进入信息化战争时代,战争这一人类解决阶级、民族和国家间矛盾冲突的最高斗争形式越来越能够而且需要全面的展示在世人面前,而军事新闻发言人就是人们了解军队和战争一个重要窗口。在介绍我军新闻发言人近期发展的基础上,对完善军事新闻发言人相关制度提出了几点思考,建议建立诸如编制岗位、选拔培训、媒体互动和新闻管控等相关制度,期望对我军新闻发言人建设有所推动。

| Abstract: | Different wars in different time have different characteristics.Along with the coming of information-based war,the process of war has be able to and be asked to show to the world people.Military spokesman is a way for the people to know the army and the war.This thesis firstly introduces our army＇s new development of military spokesman system.Then the author brings forward some advices including setting up fixed post for the spokesman,selecting and training system,intercommunication with media and controlling news release.All the advices are aimed to push forward the PLA＇ s military spokesman system construction. |
