淬火加热温度对65Mn硬度的影响

摘    要:对65Mn热处理试样进行不同加热温度的淬火处理,测试其硬度并采用金相显微镜分析其金相组织.结果表明,当加热温度为830℃时,硬度最高,其金相组织为比较细小的回火托氏体.

Abstract:65Mn heat treatment samples were quenched at different heating temperatures in order to test their hardness. The metallographic structure of these samples was analyzed by a metallurgical microscope. The results show when the heating temperature of quenching is 830 ~C, their hardness reaches the highest and the metallographic structure is relatively exiguous tempered troostite.
