关于高校职称改革诸问题的探讨

我国高校职称改革工作经过了三个历史发展阶段,多年的实践为我们积累了许多经验。同时也暴露出诸多的问题。对此我们必须从强化岗位管理、加大职称聘任制力度入手,制定科学合理的考核办法,使职称聘任工作对高校的发展起到重要的推动作用。

Discussion on Some Problems in the Reform of Professional Title in Colleges and Universities

Accompanied the development of the national higher education,the reform of professional title in colleges and universities has experienced three different developed phases,which imparts us some valuable experiences.But there are some underlying problems in evaluating process.To make the work of professional title appointment plays an important role in the development of colleges and universities,we must constitute a scientific and rational evaluating method by consolidating post management and enlarging the rule of the professional employment.
