Games for physical training of rich variety, much interest and keen competition are very much liked by most youngsters. In the course of physical education,games play can not only build up a good physique and health,master knowledge and techniques of physical education,but also mold students'sentment,temper their will power and foster their fine moral qualities so as to bring it into full effecient play in class.Due to its numerous functions,such as the making of preparation and warm-up,the building of body, the speed-up of grasping sports techniques and fostering good moral qualities and the relaxation of mental and physical exhaustion,games teaching has the advantages of making students, in the specific activities, fully show their vitality and honesty, sense of discipline,spirits of mutual aid and cooperative collectivism and brave, tenacious,resolute and smart qualities. Furthermore,when the students are getting tired and their cerebral cortex shows lowering excitability after they have finished the basic reaming activities in class,adopting relaxing and slow games will help them feel mentally and physically relieved.
