| Abstract: | This article describes the course of working out the technological progress strategy:firstly,analyzing the enterpries's external environment and internal capability by AHP;secondly,figuring out the composite appraise index of technological capability (Itc),technological innovation capabitity (Itic),external environment (Iee ) and national economy and technological environment (Iet);thirdly,getting the composite appraise index of matching enterprise's culture type and organizational structure (Ico),and,lastly,establishing the appraisal system of the choice of the Chinese enterprise's technological progress strategy. |
