基于物元模型的索赔决策研究

工程施工过程中的索赔决策研究是多目标问题的研究,由于干扰事件各属性的认知数据难以收集齐全,决策人对索赔事件的信息认知不完全,故只能依据不完全信息通过适当的方法和模型的引入,逐步确定索赔结果.为此,引入物元分析方法并建立索赔决策的物元模型,同时以某水利水电工程中的索赔事件为例进行了实证分析,从而证明了该方法的有效性.

Study on claim decision-making based on matter-element model

The claim decision-making during the process of engineering construction is a multi-objective problem.Owing to the fact that it is difficult for decision-makers to obtain all the information about the claim events, the scheme for claim events is determined only based on inadequate information and selection of reasonable methods and models.In this paper,a matter-element model was constituted by introduction of the matter-element analysis method.A case study of a claim event in a hydropower project demonstrates the validity of the present method.
