高校图书馆数字化建设与信息教育研究

信息和知识的获取、分析、利用和创新是影响北部湾经济区建设发展的关键性因素。构建北部湾经济区，是广西高校图书馆数字化建设的一个机遇和赋予的时代使命。发展高校图书馆技术，实现馆藏、网络文献信息资源数字化，充分发挥文献信息知识资源在北部湾经济区的建设发展中的“耳目、尖兵、参谋、创新、”的作用，为经济区的发展做出科学决策，提供有力依据。

On Building Digital College Library of Economic Zone and Information Quality Education Research

Abstract]How to acquire, analyze, utilize and update information and knowledge will be the key factors that may influence the development of the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone. Establishing the Beibu Gulf Economic Zane provided a historical opportunity and bestowed a historical mission for the development of digital college library in Guangxi. It is necessary to improve library technology, to establish digital system of library collection and network information resources. Consequently, as the ＂the Keen Nose and Eyes＂, the ＂Pathfinder＂, the Counselor＂ and the ＂Updater＂, all the information and documents should be fully used to support the advisable strategy for accelerating the development of Beibu Economic Zone.
