| 摘 要： | 介绍莱钢棒材厂通过对φ750mm单机架轧机工艺进行优化创新，设计科学合理的孔型系统，实现在单机架φ750mm轧机轧制φ120mm-φ300mm系列圆钢，使圆钢产品系列化；对关键设备进行适应性改造，提升设备对生产的保障能力；新建推钢式连续加热炉，使大圆钢生产线具备了年产20万吨的产能。
