| 摘 要： | 企业并购支付方式的选择是企业并购研究的一个重要方面，不仅关系到并购事件成功与否，而且会对企业绩效和股东收益产生影响。本文在对比分析国内外主要的并购支付方式的优缺点的基础上，总结了支付方式对并购绩效影响的实证研究结论并对其成因进行阐述，归纳总结了影响支付方式选择的因素，最后提出了目前企业并购支付方式研究中存在的一些不足和可扩展的研究领域，希望对研究者有所借鉴。

| Abstract: | The selection of M＆A payment manners is an important aspect of the research of M＆A. It not only relates closely with the success of M＆A events, but also affects the corporate performance and shareholder returns. On the basis of the comparative analysis about the advantages and disadvantages of the main M＆A payment manners at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the empirical findings about the influence on M＆A performance caused by different payment manners and elaborates its＇ reasons. Finally, this paper refers some shortage and extensible research field of the M＆A payment manners study. |
