| 摘 要： | 以汕尾职业技术学院在校学生为研究对象，通过问卷的形式，就学生对图书馆各项服务工作满意程度进行了调查。对调查数据进行测评、统计、计算和分析，以此来测评学生对图书馆服务的满意程度，进而不断改善和提高图书馆的服务水平和服务质量。

| Abstract: | Taking the undergraduates of Shanwei Vocational-Technical College as the research objects, and by busing the questionnaire, this paper makes the survey on students＇ satisfaction on all services of the library, and through the assessment, statistical analysis and calculation of the survey data, evaluates the satisfaction of the students on library＇s services for continuously improving the service quality and raising the service level of the library. |
