| 摘 要： | 采用灰色系统理论的方法 ,建立一种新的技术进步测算模型—— G-C-D模型 .利用此模型建立了河南省 1 7个地市的 G-C-D模型 ,并测算出河南省 1 7个地市的技术进步贡献率和资金、劳动力对产出的贡献率 .

| Abstract: | Model G\|C\|D,a new model of measurement and calculation of the technological advance, was established by adopting the gray system theory. The model G\|C\|D, of seventeen prefectures and cities in Henan province was established, and the contribution rates of the technological advance and funds and labour force to output of seventeen prefectures and cities in Henan were measured and calculated by using this model. |
