基于LabVIEW的多点温度检测及系统控制

摘    要:基于LabVIEW操作平台,采用多传感器技术设计了多点温度检测和控制系统.对多个1-wire数字温度传感器DS18B20采用多传感器数据融合技术优化数据;温度控制采用Fuzzy控制器与PID控制器并行的工作方式.仿真结果表明,系统可靠性高,在实现系统精确控温的同时,具有操作界面简单、可视性好的特点.另外,使用虚拟仪器技术,使系统测控品质实时可视.

Abstract:A multi-temperature measure and control system is designed on LabVIEW.For temperature-measurement system,we use multi-sensor data fusion algorithm.For temperature control,we utilize the fuzzy controller and the PID controller working in parallel.The simulation results indicate that the controller has a perfect dynamic and static response performance,and has high reliability.What is more,the measure and control quality of the system is real-time visible.
