| 摘 要： | 针对挖掘机在矿山使用中各部件的作用不同,受力状况也不同,各结构件设计选材时的要求也不尽相同,需要对挖掘机不同部位提出了一些不同的焊接选材:焊接结构的钢材与焊材除应满足必要的强度和刚度要求外,还应满足低温冲击韧度的要求;对挖掘机不同部位选择不同焊接材科和焊接工艺进行了改进,达到了挖掘机在工况条件下对材料的要求,以满足现场使用的需要,取得了较好的经济效益。

| Abstract: | Every part of an excavator is different in function,the strength state,and the request of design,need to select a suitable welding material for different positions of the excavator; steel of the structure and welding material should satisfy the essential intensity and rigidity request,and also satisfy request for impact toughness at low temperature.Selected welding positions of excavator and welding technology are improved,having reached the requirement of material under operating mode terms of the excavator,the requirement of application on site, and also better economic benefit.. |
