| 摘 要： | 本实验对超滤法提取肌苷乾地了研究，采用超过滤膜对肌苷发酵液进行超滤，再经浓缩、结晶、干燥，得到粗苷，实验确定最佳超滤条件为：压力0.15Mpa，温度64.9℃，肌苷提取收率为：85.7%，其粗苷中粗苷含量为：73.2%，比离子交换法提取肌苷，收率提高15个百分点，肌苷成本降低40％左右。

| Abstract: | Extraction of inosine in fermention broth with ultrafiltration membrane were investigated and filtration condition were founded.They were 0.15Mpa for pressure and 64.9 for the temperature.The result showed that:extraction rate was 85.7% and the content of inosine in the rough-inosine was 73.2%.Compared with the extraction of inosine by ion-exchang of the inosine the exraction rate wes improved by 15% and the investment(capital) cost of inosine was decreased by about 40%. |
