摘    要:采用水蒸气蒸馏法从白木香中提取挥发油,并用毛细管气相色谱-质谱(CGC-MS)联用仪对白木香挥发油的化学成分进行研究,经毛细管气相色谱分离出40个峰,共确认了其中的31种成分,占总油量的91%.其主要成分是5-甲氧基-2-甲基-2-苯基-四氢呋喃(11.98%)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(11.05%)、n-棕榈酸(9.90%)等.

Abstract:To analyze the chemical composition of the essential oil of Aquilaria sinensis (Lour.) Gilg, the essential oil was extracted from Aquilaria sinensis (Lour.) Gilg by steam distillation, and then an analysis was conducted by applying CGC-MS (capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrometer). It turned out that 40 peaks were separated by CGC and among them 31 components were identified, accounting for 91 percent of the total essential oil. Further, it was made clear that this essential oil was mainly composed of tetrahydrofuran-5-methoxy-2-phenyl (11.98%), dibutyl phthalate (11.05%), n-hexadecanoic acid(9.90%) etc..
