牛仔纱线靛蓝染色上浆小样制备方法

目前靛蓝牛仔纱线打样主要依靠大型片纱染浆联合机进行,也有利用球经染色机先进行染色,再在浆纱机上进行浆纱来分段进行染色上浆,个别采用筒子染色、绞纱染色来进行染色,近年来还有人开发出单纱染浆一体机专用于牛仔色纱的打样开发.本文就牛仔纱线小样的几种传统染浆方法分别进行了介绍,并将其进行了比较.新型单纱染浆一体机克服了大流程制样费时费料和排放多的缺点,实现了短流程、高效、节能减排,对于快速开发牛仔面料具有巨大的意义.

The Dyeing and Sizing Methods of Indigo Denim Yarn' Sample

Currently, the proofing production of indigo denim yarn is mainly finished in the dyeing and siz- ing combine machine, or in the rope dyeing machine before sizing. Sometimes, the cheese dyeing method, the hank dyeing method are used for dyeing. In recent years,a machine of dyeing and sizing for single yarn to finish the proofing is developed. In this paper, the traditional dyeing and sizing methods are discussed to compare their advantage and disadvantage. As a new kind of method, the single yarn dyeing method over- comes some shortcomings, such as more waste and emission of the traditional dyeing and sizing methods. It can realize short flow, high efficiency and energy＇s reduction. There fore it shows a huge development space to the proofing production of indigo denim yarn.
