电站锅炉用耐热钢X10CrAl18板材的研制

摘    要:介绍采用电弧炉冶炼,加强脱氧操作,减少氧化铝夹杂,研制的X10CrAl18铁素钢体不锈钢,针对该钢晶粒易于粗化的特点,通过采取低温加工的方法,达到了细化晶粒的目的,得到了细晶组织.并通过采用合理的冷轧变形工艺,有效地控制了板材质量钢的塑性得到明显改善.

Abstract:This paper is about the research on X10CrAl18 ferric stainless steel. With the adoption of an electric arc furnace smelting, the application of strengehened deoxidation to decrease aluminum oxide inclusion is made,and the steel is obviously improved in quality.Owing to thickening of the steel's grain with ease,the low temperature process was employed to obtain finer grain.With the adoption of reasonable cold reduction process and effective control,the steel plate is controlled in quality and its plastics improved as well.
