| 摘 要： | 分析了湿法磷酸生产装置的一般腐蚀、磨损特点．从搅拌装置的工作特点、腐蚀介质等因素出发，对几种可用于不锈钢材料防腐蚀、磨损的主要措施作了评述．指出抑制和调控界面层残余应力以提高其与基体金属间结合强度是关键环节．

| Abstract: | The characteristics of erosion-corrosion in producing wet-process phosphoric acid are analyzed. From the viewpoint of working condition as well as corrosion process, some main anti-corrosion measures for agitating vane made of stainless steel are discussed. It is pointed out that it is very important to control and adjust the residual stress formed in the interface to elevate the interface strength between the coating layer and the metal substrate. |
