| 摘 要： | 利用超细粉碎技术对四大南药之一巴戟天进行超细粉碎,并采用连续回流提取和比色法测定,对中药巴戟天的主要有效成分溶出量与相关工艺参数的关系进行研究,并得出最大溶出度及其最佳工艺参数.

| Abstract: | The technology of ultrafine grinding is used for Morinda officinalis How,which is one of the four big south medicines. After the method of continuous reflux extraction is used to extract the effective compositions and the colorimetric method is used to measure the dissolving-out degree of effective compositions, the maximum dissolving-out degree of Morinda officinalis How and its optimum technological parameters are obtained. |
