脉动流化床干燥玉米的试验分析

摘    要:在脉动流化床上对玉米进行了干燥试验,分析了入口风温、风速、频率、床层料厚四个因素对干燥过程的影响规律.得出玉米在脉动流化床上干燥时,当脉动频率为6Hz时,脉动流化干燥性能最好;风速以6.3m/s为宜,当风速能够使床层物料产生脉动流化时,在此基础上改变风速,对传热传质不会有明显的影响;料层厚度对脉动流化干燥的影响最大,在保证床层物料能够流化的基础上,料层越厚越好;考虑减少单位热耗,应该适当降低风温;只考虑增加去水速度时,应该适当提高风温.

Abstract:Based on the orthogonal test of drying corn on the pulsofluidized bed dryer, the experimental results are analysed. It is found that the drying performance can get the best level when the air frequency is 6Hz and the air flow speed is 6.3m/s. when the bed can be fluidized completely the rate of heat and mass transfer will not be influenced by the change of air flow speed obviously. The thickness of the bed is the main factor to the pulsofluidezed drying. The thicker it is, the better drying capability when the bed can be fluidized completely. The air temperature should be reduced when only the speed of moisture removed is considered and the wind temperature should be increase when only the specific heat consumption is considered, which can guides the next study of pulsofluidezed bed dryer.
