麦饭石、稀土作为鲤鱼、皱纹盘鲍饲料添加剂研究

摘    要:以麦饭石、麦饭石稀土作为鲤鱼、皱纹盘饱饲料中微量元素添加剂,与无机盐添加剂进行了对比喂养试验。结果表明:饲料中添加1%麦饭石能显著地促进鲤鱼和皱纹盘鲍幼鲍的生长;方差分析表明,在鲤鱼饲料中添加麦饭石的三个试验组鱼体平均增重率与无机盐对照组差异显著(P<0.05),与未添加微量元素添加剂的基础组差异极显著(P<0.01)。皱纹盘鲍饲料中添加1%麦饭石的试验组鲍体平均增重率与无机盐对照组差异不显著,但与未添加微量元素的基础组差异显著(P<0.05)。

Abstract:In this paper,it is tested that MF(Granite), MF(Granite)-rare earth,and inorganic salt were added respectively to carp(Cyprinus carpio)and abalone(Haliotis discus hannai Ino)feed as additives.The results indicate that the addition of MF(Granite)(1 % of the total feed)can significantly promote the growth of carp and larvae of abalone. The variance analysis shows that the difference of average carp weight gain rates is significant among the three experiment groups in which carp feed was blended with MF(Granite)and the comparision group in which carp feed blended with inorganic salt(P<0.05).And the difference is extremely significant among the three experiment groups and the basal group in which no trace elements were added(P<0.01).The difference of average abalone weight gain rates is not significant between the experiment group in which MF(Granite(1 % of the total feed)was added and comparion group in which inorganic salt was mixed.But the difference is significant between the experiment group and the basal group in which no trace elements were added(P<0.05).
