大倾角煤层部分留顶煤锚杆支护技术研究

摘    要:根据倾斜煤层的条件,比较了大倾角煤层沿顶巷道施棚式支护和锚杆支护的优缺点。对部分顶煤进行受力分析,得出合理的留顶煤檐角。用悬吊理论设计了合理的支护参数,详细论述了施工工艺。顶板离层仪的监测结果显示,顶煤和顶板位移差较小,顶板活动稳定。实践证明,该支护技术取得了较好的技术、经济和社会效益。

Abstract:According to the conditions of inclined coal seam, the advantages and disadvantages of bolting and shed supporting in big inclined coal seam tunneling along roof are compared. Analyzing the stress conditions of the partial upper coal seam, the rational angle of the remained upper coal is gotten. Reasonable support parameter based on hanging theory is designed, and then the construction steps are discussed. The monitoring results of separation devices showed that roof and remained coal had a little displacement difference and were in a stable status. A good technological, economic and social benefit was achieved.
