阳光体育背景下苏北中学生课外体育活动现状调查研究

运用问卷调查法、数理统计法、文献资料法,对苏北中学生课外体育活动现状调查分析。研究发现苏北中学生对阳光体育有较明确的认识,意识到体育锻炼对个人身心健康的重要性,但其体育行为和意识上还有一定差距。建议:加强由体育认知向体育行为转化的培养;推行素质教育,注重体育能力的培养;组织丰富多彩的课外体育活动,开展特色阳光体育;构建学校、家庭、社会多元化的阳光体育环境。

A Survey on Current Extracurricular Sports Activities in Northern Jiangsu from Sunshine Sports Perspective

The article attempts to investigate and analyze middle school students＇ extracurricular sports activities in Northern Jiangsu by adopting questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and literature review. The conducted study found that middle school students in Northern Jiangsu have a more clear understanding on sunshine sports, and they are also aware of the importance of physical exercise on physical and psychological health, but there still exists certain gaps in their sports behavior and awareness. The author further provides the following recommendations： to cuhivate the transition from sports cognition to sports behavior; to implement quality educa- tion and focus on sports ability ; to organize various extra - curricular sports activities and carry out characteristic sunshine sports; to build multiple sunshine sports environment based on schools, families and social.
