专科层次学前教育专业培养目标探究

摘    要:随着社会的不断发展和学前教育内部结构的快速调整,专科层次学前教育专业的既有培养目标与当前教学实践的矛盾与冲突明显,表现为目标与社会人才需要的差距,目标与学前教育内部结构的不平衡,各层次目标的界限模糊等等。本研究在分析当前专科层次学前教育目标与培养规格特点的基础上,以萍乡高专专科层次学前教育专业为例,提出培养目标调整的方向和规格表述。
