| 摘 要： | 分析了电压空间矢量脉宽调制（SVPWM）算法中变换矩阵系数k与输出电压Uout的关系，指出在正弦波条件下，k为2／3时，Uout为相电压，k为（2／3）^1／2时，Uout为线电压．建立了绝缘栅双极晶体管开通和关断的动态过程模型，推导出开关损耗与开关频率的关系式，指出开关损耗与开关频率成正比而与占空比无关．研究结果表明，以000矢量开始和结束的开关模式在扇区切换过程中没有开关状态的变化，因而在扇区切换过程中没有产生开关损耗，5段式SVPWM的开关损耗比7段式的少了1／3，在其他开关模式中，由于存在扇区切换过程的开关损耗，5段式SVPWM的开关损耗比7段式的少将近1／3．上述结论为有关技术人员在设计系统时选择最佳算法提供了依据．

| Abstract: | The influence of the voltage vector transformation coefficient k on the output voltage U_(out) in space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM) strategy is analyzed,where k is equal to(2/3),U_(out) denotes the phase voltage,and k is equal to(2/3)~(1/2),the line voltage.The dynamic model of insulated-gate bipolar transistor switching on and off is established,and the relationship between switch loss and switch frequency is deduced.It is concluded that the switch loss is proportional to the frequency and unconcerned with the duty ratio.The switch mode starting and ending with the space vector 000 has no switch loss in the sector switching,thus the five-sect SVPWM switch loss is 1/3 less than the seven-sect SVPWM switch loss,which facilitates selecting design schemes for the individual motor control purposes. |
