| 摘 要： | 金融释放是指金融资源转化为实体经济运营资本的过程。金融能量能否完全释放关系到一国经济能否持续增长。我国长期以来对金融的过分干预和严格管制导致金融压抑，而金融创新对金融释放具有一定的积极作用。

It's related to that there is a continuous rise or not for a nation if the financial energy can be completely released or not. For a long time in China, the over strict interfere and control leads to financial constraining, and financial innovation has a positive role in financial release. |
