基于消费形态条件下的电力运营定价模型

提出在电力运营部门定价过程中，首要的问题是选择指定的用户类型及用户消费形态，并且在自选择约束条件下达到福利优化的目的．运用计量经济学的方法建立了电力运营定价模型，在模型中，通过确定用户目标函数对电力运营部门的供给状况、福利最大化问题、需求函数原则和有效的电价条件进行了分析，并就如何确定正常的消费形态和相应的电力价格以及自选择约束条件进行了实证分析．结果表明，在基于消费形态的定价模型中，问题的关键是价格形态应同时对不同用户群达到有效、可行和公平的目的

Pricing of Electricity Based on Consumption Pattern

Dynamic approaches are used for pricing electric power utility systems. Empirical results show how utility convey capacity and production cost to consumer prices. Selection of the designated consumer consumption pattern is presented such that the optimal condition can be reached with self selection constraints. Moreover, electricity price pattern would be made efficient, feasible and equitable for different consumer groups.
