| 摘 要： | 地方高校是省区基础研究和应用研究的重要力量.研究与试验发展(RD)经费投入不仅影响高校科技创新能力,也直接影响着省区的经济增长.通过建立面板数据模型对30个省区地方高校RD经费投入量对经济增长的影响进行了参数估计;进一步通过计算30个省区2000-2014年地方高校RD经费量的数学期望值和标准差,对各省地方高校RD经费投入量进行了分类统计与分析;最后对高校RD经费投入对经济增长影响进行了综合评价,并提出优化我国地方高校RD经费投入的对策.

| Abstract: | Local colleges and universities are important forces in the provinces of basic research and applied research.The R&D fund-input not only affects the university science and technology innovation ability,but also directly affects the economic growth of province.Firstly,this paper establishes the panel data model,and the influence of the R&D fund-input of local colleges of 30 provinces on economic growth were estimated parametrically;Secondly,based on the data from 2000 to 2014,and by calculating the mathematical expectation and standard deviation,the R&D fund-input amounts are classified analytically and statistically;Finally,a comprehensive appraisal is made on how R&D expenditure in colleges affects economic growth,and we present the helpful suggestions to the policy of affording R&D expenditure to local colleges of 30 provinces. |
