摘    要:测定了在直管、渐缩和缩放三种结构型式的脉冲反吹喷嘴作用下滤管内的压力波形 ,分析了喷吹压力、脉冲宽度等因素对滤管内瞬态压力的影响规律。对缩放式喷嘴的不同进出口位置的动态压力进行了测量分析。实验结果表明 ,喷嘴的结构型式对脉冲反吹有重要影响 ,并为分析缩放式喷嘴内的流动状态提供了实验基础

Abstract:The transient pressures of three nozles inside a single ceramic candle are measured. The influences of nozzle structure, reservoir pressure,pulse duration on the transient pressures are investigated. To further investigate the inside flow state of the nozzle, the transient pressures at inlet and outlet of nozzle, the operating parameters of pulse jet cleaning system are discussed. It shows that the structure parameters of nozzle play an important role in the cleaning process, which is helpful to analyze the flow state of the convergence diffuser.
