摘    要:利用实验方法系统研究了聚乙烯醇胶乳对油井水泥浆的失水、稠化性能、游离水和水泥石抗压强度等参数的影响。结果表明 ,胶乳加量增大时 ,油井水泥浆的失水量迅速变小 ,稠化时间延长 ,初始稠度减小 ,游离水得到有效的控制 ,水泥石的抗压强度减小而柔性增大。试验证明 ,聚乙烯醇胶乳通过成膜、吸附、水化等作用能有效地控制油井水泥浆的液相运移情况 ,调节其稠化性能 ,改善水泥石的物理力学性能。自行设计了一套测定水泥石胶结强度的装置 ,实验证明所提出的测定方法是可行的。

Abstract:The experimental study shows that the polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) latex added to cement slurry has an effect on some usage parameters of cement slurry, such as the fluid loss, viscosity, free water and the compressive strength of cement stone. The fluid loss and the initial consistency decrease, and the free water of cement slurry and the thickening time of cement slurry increase with the increase of latex addition. As the latex addition increases, the compressive strength of cement stone is reduced, and the flexibility of stone increases. The test proved that the actions of forming film and absorption of PVA latex can control the fluid flow of cement slurry and improve the physical and mechanical properties of cement stone. A reasonable method to determine the strength of cementation of cement stone is presented.
