热采井筒瞬态温度场的数值模拟分析

摘    要:利用有限元分析软件ANSYS分析了热采井筒的瞬态传热。分析结果表明 ,随着注汽的进行 ,在模型任一位置上的径向热流量均逐渐减小 ,能量损耗随着注汽周期的延长而下降。因此 ,适当延长注汽周期有利于节省能源。如果不能延长注汽时间 ,则可以通过适当地增大单位时间的注汽量来降低能量损失。

Abstract:The transient heat transfer in steam injection well is analyzed by the software package ANSYS. The analysis results show that radical heat discharge at any position of this model decreases in the process of steam injecting. Because the energy loss is lessened with steam injecting, it can save energy to prolong the cycle of steam injecting reasonably. If it is impossible to extend the time of steam injecting, the energy loss can be lessened by increasing the quantity of steam injected into well in per unit of time.
