摘    要:
考虑了高向压下体积、纵横阻力比、工具形状系数及摩擦系数等因素的影响,根据工具形状系数和宽展率/延伸率的关系,结合最小阻力定律,推导了一个新的宽展数学模型,并对盘条冷轧成带条进行了分析,提出了适用于盘条冷轧成带条的宽展的计算公式,并进行了实验验证。

Abstract:
By considering the influence of press volume,aspect ratio of resistance,shape factor of the tool and friction coefficient etc. and associating the resistance law with the relation of the ratio of the percentage spread and the specific elongation, we deduced a new lateral spread mathematic model, and analysed cold rolling of wire rod to strip, put forward lateral spread mathematic model which apply to cold rolling of wire rod to strip, and carried on the experiment to testify.
