微波辐射萃取法提取桔皮中的果胶

摘    要:讨论了利用微波辐射萃取法从桔皮中提取果胶的不同因素的影响,通过实验确立了微波条件下提取果胶的最佳工艺条件为:料液质量比1.35,提取液pH值为1.8,微波功率为500W,提取温度为60℃,提取率达17.5%以上.

Abstract:The paper gives diversity elements effection for recover pectin from orange peel with making use of padiation extraction, and build optimally technology conditions about recover pectin from orange peel with making use of padiation extraction: feed liquid mass tatio 1 : 35, extracting solution pH = 1.8, microwave frequency 500 W, extracts temperature 60 ℃, extraction percentage above 17.5 percent.
