基于单片机控制的3轴经济型数控系统设计

摘    要:3轴数控系统采用适合实时控制的MCS-51系列单片机为控制器,实现了对3个坐标轴机械系统的控制。设计了数控系统的硬件和软件,给出了系统的硬件及软件设计框图。该数控系统以低廉的价格实现了中档数控系统的加工精度,具有较好的推广应用前景。

Abstract:Three-coordinate machine system can be controlled by use of the real time controlling single chip microcomputer of MCS-51 as the controller. The hardware and software of this system have been designed as well. The numerical control system has the machining precision of middle numerical control system at low cost and has abroad application prospect.
