摘    要:对热膨胀系数的忽视形体因素的影响进行了理论及试验的论证 ,说明了零件形体因素热膨胀系数的存在与该因素对零件热变形的影响。对典型件的几何形体参数热膨胀系数同零件体膨胀系数之间的关系进行了理论探讨 ,推出了一般零件几何形体参数热膨胀系数同零件体膨胀系数之间的通常关系。对今后形体因素对热变形影响的研究及发展提出了看法

Abstract:The form influence of coefficient of thermal expansion is demonstrated from theory and experimentation,and the existence of the coefficient of geometric form thermal expansion is explained as well as the influence of the form factor on the thermal deformation of parts. A theoretical discussion is made on the connection between the coefficients of thermal expansion with regard to the geometrical form parameter of typical parts and the coefficients of volume expansion of the parts,and a general expression of the connection is presented. Some viewpoints about the future research in this field are put forward.
